HCL is the governance token of Hwik Circle Layer, the Native Token of the Hwik Circle Layer main network that will be built on the OP Stack, an open source development stack being developed by Op Labs, a leading Ethereum Layer 2 solution developer in the future.

&#x20;The Compound Governors-based governance system developed by Compound Labs allows HCL token stakers to participate in decision-making and receive rewards by participating in governance voting to make decisions on key issues such as changing system parameters, adding new features, and utilizing ecosystem funds.
