# Growth plan by stage

Hwik Circle Layer aims to build a smart mobility protocol with a circular structure that allows individual or small service providers to consume and provide MaaS, LaaS, and reputation management services in a blockchain-based trustless environment.&#x20;

In the early stages, it will start with the establishment of basic infrastructure for decentralized finance (Defi) and domestic-oriented hyper-local services, launch services such as personal mobility and last-mile delivery, and then launch an integration layer that can integrate modular service layers. Since then, in the global shared economy market, it will expand to the stage of establishing an ecosystem in which all community members can provide value for the movement of people, things, and data and receive fair and transparent rewards suitable for their contribution.
